ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ stick of butter, room temperature
¾ cup Magnolia Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
instructions
- In a mixer, add the butter and beat until fluffy. Add the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt and beat
until well incorporated. Add the flour in batches beating well after each addition. Transfer the cookie
dough to a lightly floured surface and form into a disk. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least
30 minutes. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lined a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Keep one half in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, no bigger than ½” thick. Cut the cookies out in the desired
shape ( I used a 2 ½” cookie cutter) and transfer the cookies to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10
minutes or until the edges of the cookies start to brown. Transfer to a cooling rack and let the cookies
cool completely. - Roll the remaining dough to cut out more cookies. Repeat the process with the dough chilling in the
refrigerator. - Recipe by our friend Marisol @marisolcooks
