1 (30oz) can fruit cocktail, drained
3 large apples, diced (about 4 cups)
1 cup grapes, cut in half
1 (8oz) vanilla Greek yogurt
1 (14oz) can Magnolia Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ cup chopped pecans
instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add the fruit cocktail, diced apples, and halved grapes. In a small mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Poor yogurt mixture onto the fruit and gently mix until the fruit is evenly coated. Transfer the salad to a serving plate and sprinkle the top with chopped pecans.
- You can serve the salad cold or at room temperature.
- NOTES: This salad is mostly served at Christmas dinners. The many colors of the fruit resemble Christmas tree lights. Choose bright color apples and grapes. The more colorful the better.
- Store the salad in a sealable container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir well before serving as the yogurt mixture will thicken.
