2 cups diced mangos about 3 large
1 can Magnolia Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
instructions
- Peel and dice the mangos and transfer to a blender along with the condensed milk. Blend until very smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in the bowl of an electric mixer just until it almost forms soft peaks. Do not over beat.
- Transfer the mango mixture into a large bowl and gently fold the whipped cream.
- Covered with plastic pressing down on the ice cream to make sure there’s no air between the ice cream and the plastic wrap.
- Chill for up to 4 hours
