1 14oz can Magnolia Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
24 oz white chocolate melts, divided
Orange paste icing color
Yellow paste icing color
¼ teaspoon orange extract
Candy corn for garnish
instructions
- Line an 8×8” pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a microwave safe bowl, heat 12oz of chocolate and half of the sweetened condensed milk for 30
seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Repeat for another 30 seconds at a time until the chocolate
mixture is smooth. Add a few drops of the yellow coloring and orange extract and stir. - Pour the mixture onto prepared pan and transfer to the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until the
chocolate is set. - Repeat the process with the rest of the chocolate, condensed milk, and orange coloring. I like to only
add the orange extract to one layer of chocolate, but it is optional. - Spread the orange chocolate on top of the yellow chocolate layer (once cooled) and chill for about 1
hour or until firm. Remove the fudge from the pan and let it come to room temperature before slicing
