- non-stick cooking spray
- 2 (1/4 oz.) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 (14 oz.) can Magnolia® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 (12 fl. oz.) can Magnolia® Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 cup fresh orange or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon orange or lemon zest
- Orange or lemon slices
instructions
- COAT 6-cup mold or 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Stir gelatin and hot water in small bowl until dissolved.
- WHISK sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, orange juice and grated orange peel in large bowl. Gradually blend in gelatin mixture until smooth. Pour into prepared mold or pan. Chill at least 4 hours or until set.
- UNMOLD before serving by running a knife around the edge of pan. Place mold in hot water 15 seconds, then invert onto serving plate. Garnish with orange slices
