1 teaspoon vanilla extract

NUTRITION INFORMATION
In a large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and mix well. Add 13oz of shredded coconut. Using a wooden spoon or spatula mix until well combined.
Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the coconut mixture and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop the mixture onto your hand and roll forming a ball. Roll the ball into the remaining shredder coconut. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Keep refrigerated.
NOTE: For this recipe I used 0.5oz (15ml) cookie dough scoop.
